Lynn brings 25 years of experience in Dance and Fitness to this fantastic wellness show!  Her journey began at the age of 5 studying Ballet and Jazz with the Chiassen School of Dance. Over the years her passion for dance grew into a love for teaching others.
Lynn's teaching credits include choreographer, performing groups and regular classes in Ballet & Jazz. As the years progressed Lynn expanded her interests in Fitness by training and becoming a certified fitness instructor. She has managed Fitness clubs and became the owner of the Studio Zone Yoga Pilate & Dance Centre where she completed her certification in Ashtanga Yoga. Lynn is also an accomplished actress with a long list of credits ranging from numerous national commercials to film and tv credits. Her proudest moments though were becoming a mother to her two amazing sons.

Yoga techniques using breathing, mindfulness, mental clarity and focus to improve your commercial and improvisational techniques.  Learn how to use this powerful practice for camera techniques and for scene studies.

Ashtanga 
A dynamic flowing yoga practice, concentrating on breath connected movement with challenging postures. Levels are adapted to both beginner and intermediate study. Ashtanga style yoga helps to build strength, flexibility and endurance.


Hatha
This class is recommended for the beginner to yoga. Lynn will focus on breathing, relaxation, postures and tranquility.

Yoga/Pilates Fushion
If you want to change the shape of your body this is the class for you. Combine two amazing practices into one.
